Rask was established in 2017. Since taking over in August 2024, the current owners have grown the business further and are on track to have doubled the turnover by April 2026. With weekly sales continuing to increase and platforms such as Uber Eats for deliveries, Bistro evenings, after work drinks, private parties, afternoon teas and outside catering etc; yet to be explored, Rask still has huge potential.

Takings. We are advised these average £14,000 per month. 

Trading Hours. Monday to Friday 8am – 3pm, Saturday 10am – 3pm. Sunday closed. 

There is potential for opening later, especially during the summer, plus evening opening on Friday and Saturday evenings for themed dining or special events. There is demand for Sunday opening also. 

Staff. Currently a team of 4. Each shift required 2 full time staff (1 in the kitchen and 1 front of house), plus a part-time team member for the core period (approx. 3.5 hours per day).

The 2 staff members wish to remain in the business. They have worked at Rask for over 2 years, with 1 of the team members having managed the business prior to the current owners taking over. A handover is included in the sale.
