December is usually a fairly quiet time of year for business sales. However, this year, we are experiencing a high volume of enquiries from serious buyers.

There has been a mixed response to the changes announced in the latest budget, which come into effect in April 2025. Many business owners that we represent do not believe that the effects will be as harsh as the media reported. This is largely due to those businesses being established for many years.
